EC02 - Suitable for all excavators in the 1.5-3 tonne weight class

One of the market’s smallest tiltrotator’s for machines weighing up to 3 tonnes. With a basic weight of 91 kg, the EC02 has a minimal impact on stability while delivering access and flexibility that only a tiltrotator can provide.

With a 45-degree tilt angle, infinite rotation and the possibility to mount a detachable grapple or detachable sweeper, it offers outstanding performance and versatility in your work. The new EC204 is also prepared for EC-Oil both above and below the tiltrotator.

EC206 - Suitable for all excavators in the 4-6 tonne weight class

Like its big brother, the EC206 has advantages that make excavators safer, more efficient and more profitable. Unlimited rotation and 45 degree tool or bucket tilt means fewer machine movements and the ability to work in hard-to-get-at places.

All purchases of engcon’s machine hitches, tiltrotators and control systems include EC-Oil, engcon’s fully automatic quick hitch system, on the upper section of the EC206. Its features include integrated lubrication channels that are routed to a single grease point, thus making daily service easier. Our integrated grab is also available as an option, making it easy to grip pipes and poles and so forth. The extra hydraulic function is available for connecting e.g. a grip, ground compactor or other hydraulic tool under the tiltrotator. Load holding valves on the tilt cylinders come as standard for your safety and that of others. Characteristics: The EC-Oil fully automatic quick hitch system on the upper section comes as standard with the simultaneous purchase of a tiltrotator, machine hitch and engcon control system. S40 quick hitch as standard with the same safety features as the Q-Safe safety hitch. Extra hydraulic socket for connecting hydraulic tools. A compact, powerful tiltrotator with low weight for excavators up to 9 tons. If the EC209 is selected with engcon’s standard quick hitch S45 and the proportional control system DC2, EC-Oil is offered an automatic quick hitch system as a standard. This means that the tiltrotator and hydraulic tools can be connected & disconnected without the operator needing to leave the cab.

EC319 - Adaptable for all excavators in the 14–19 ton weight class

EC319 belongs to engcon’s 3rd generation tiltrotator system and is the solution for those who want lower fuel and energy consumption and lower service costs. At the same time, you get more responsive digging with better support and increased precision in your excavation work.
The 3rd generation tiltrotator system reduces fuel consumption and energy requirements for the tiltrotator and attachments. At the same time, your excavator becomes smoother and easier to drive. We believe that not compromising on usability is the way to go to enable electric or hybrid machines. Advantages: Load-sensing hydraulics with individually pressure- compensated function. Comes with EC-Oil both over and under the tiltrotator as standard. Prepared for engcon Positioning System (ePS) and 2D/3D-sensors. Comes ready for the detachable sweeper (SWD) and the detachable gripper (GRD). Proportional auxiliary circuits are with an increased flow on Aux 1 with up 120 L/min. Quick hitch: Standard S60, both over and under. Control system: Our new DC3 proportional control system meets the high demands placed on a modern control system in terms of components such as hydraulics, electronics, and software.
